There's a Spoon on Your Nose   Sunday, October 20, 2013

We had a dinner tonight at church.  Lots of good eats.  Being the typical youth leader that I am, I did the ole plastic spoon hanging from the nose trick.  Unfortunately it fell to the ground.  Being the typical camp program director that I am, I invoked the "3 second rule", picked up the spoon, wiped it off and went on with my grub.

A few seconds later someone dropped a roll.  Guess what they "invoked"?  Another 3 second rule.  That's when a friend told me that I'm rubbing off on people.

Isn't that what we as Christians are supposed to do?  Oh, not with spoons and rolls, but with our lives.  The Scripture tells us to let our light so shine among men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in Heaven.

​

Live out your eternal life this week.  Let your light shine for Christ.  Let others see Jesus living in you.  Then they might want Jesus too.
