Old is Out

Got a new bank card.  Why?  The bank changed hands and issued new ones.  So I cut up the old one and destroyed it.

 

When we trust Christ as Savior, we become new.  Scripture says the old is gone and the new has come.  Our old life of sin is a thing of the past.

 

Yet sometimes we live as if we are the old creature.  Why not seek to destroy that old life of sin and live the new life in Christ.  After all, we are a new creation.
