Price Must Be Paid   Sunday, March 29, 2020

A week or so ago I mailed a bunch of letters.  (A bunch).  I stood at the post office work desk in the lobby and put stamps on the letters.

 

This week, I got about 25 back.  They needed postage.  I couldn't imagine what happened.  But I counted the stamps I had left, did a little math and realized that somehow I had mailed those letters without the postage they needed.

 

What was the P.O. saying to me?  The price must be paid.  The letters that had stamps were delivered.  The one's without were not.

 

Sin has a price tag.  It will be paid.  Question is, who's paying it?  As we enter into the Easter season, let's remind ourselves that Jesus paid the price for our sin.  Have you accepted His payment and been forgiven?
