Christmas Countdown Has Begun   Sunday, Dec 2, 2018

It's that time of year.  Christmas songs are playing, decorations going up, parades line our streets and packages are appearing.  All fun stuff.

 

For Christians however, there's not really a countdown as every day is the reason for Christmas.  Sure we'll all have a great time on Dec 25th, but the reason Jesus came was for forgiveness.  We celebrate that every day.

 

So get your shopping done, presents wrapped, parties attended and carols sung.  Let's all enjoy the season.  But when Dec 26th rolls around, let's keep celebrating our grace, mercy and forgiveness found in Christ and celebrate EVERY DAY!
