It's a tedious job.  But somebody has to do it.  For those two reasons, I get someone else to do my taxes!  :)

And taxes they did.  This Tuesday is the ole tax deadline.  I made it in time.  I'm excited that it's over...until next year.

​

Taxes!  It's "giving" the government a portion of what you make so they can "responsibly" operate.  (Ok, so that's another sermon).  :)  Doing stuff for our benefit.

​

God operated for our benefit.  And there was a "tax" to pay.  Someone had to pay it.  Someone will pay it.  The cost of sin is death.  Jesus paid that very price by dying on a cross.  He paid for your sin.

 

Here's the deal.  You can accept His payment or you can pay it yourself.  Can't be more fair than that.

Have you trusted Jesus as the one to forgive you?  Or will you pay the price yourself?
