Sure Is Dark   Sunday, November 3, 2013

Good news is we gained an hour, (assuming you live in an area that the time changes).  Bad news is that it gets dark and hour earlier in the evening.

The Bible talks about light and dark.  "Men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil".  Guess that's why a lot of crime happens at night.  No one wants their sin exposed.

Jesus said He was the light of the world.  He also called Christians to be that light.  We are to "shine" so that others see Jesus in us and want Him.

Your choice around 6pm is to go inside, carry a light, or walk around outside in the dark.  Your choice as a Christian is to let Christ shine through you or hide His light and cause others to stumble.

Why not grab some spiritual energizer batteries and be a light for Jesus this week!
