During a trip through Pigeon Forge, TN, we noticed that there were people setting up chairs along the road, sitting, and waiting. After seeing a few of these folks, I had to know what the deal was. I rolled down my window and, through the creeping slow traffic, (those who drive through Pigeon Forge know what I mean), I asked what they were waiting for. I thought I heard "parade".

 

Actually, I think it was just old cars going up and down the highway that was causing the great interest. Doesn't seem like much fun to me but hey, to each his own I guess. It does prove that we make time for what we like.

 

Do you like God? If so, are you making time for, and with Him? He loves you and is just waiting for you to spend some time, or perhaps your life with Him. He created us for a friendship with Him. He made us to spend our earthly lives as well as eternity, enjoying Him.

 

One simple question. What are you waiting on?
