MP3's, cd's, tivo, you name it. There are so many ways to record "stuff" it's hard to keep up with. Wonder what they'll come up with next. I'm so glad that we can keep records of things we don't want to forget. Why...cause I forget! :)

 

We have an awesome record at our fingertips too. Just like the ease of an ipod or mp3 player, we have God's word as a record of His love. In fact, the Bible even calls God's word a record. I John 5:11 says, "And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." God didn't want to leave us on our own so He recorded His great love for us in His word. But just like an mp3 is no good unless you listen to it.

 

God's record of His love won't do us any good unless we hear it. You listening to God? He loves you. Listen to Him. Obey Him. And may your life be a record of your great love for Him.
