In and Out the Windows   Monday, April 24, 2006

I was talking to someone the other day and he told me a story of when he was building a church building.  They were putting the windows in and his job was to go to the hole for the window, hop out the hole to the outside of the building on the scaffolding waiting outside and then put the window in.

As he jumped through the window hole, there was a 2X6 board which broke and left him lying in the rocks below.  Ouch!  What happened?  He hopped out the wrong window!

God has many doors, (and windows we could say), that he opens for us to go through in our lives.  He allows circumstances to occur in which He leads us in the direction He wants us to go.  Only problem is that Satan can open windows too.

 

Make sure you go through the right windows!  Be sure that the direction you go is God's direction.  How do you know?  Line up your life with the Word of God.  Be in close fellowship with Him all the time.  If you're always in God's will, you'll never be out of it.
