First Day of Spring   Monday, March 20, 2006

I can't believe it's finally here.  The long awaited for first day of Spring.  It brings new creation, new growth, new warmth, new hope!  It's just too cool!

Reminds me of "new birth".  Nah, I'm not talking about the maternity ward at the local hospital.  I'm referring to what takes place when someone places their trust in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins.  The Bible calls it "born again".

What happens?  You become a brand new creation.  You are a child of God now.  Then you get to grow.  There's a warmth knowing that you have a new Heavenly Father which in turn gives you a new hope.  It's just too cool.

Have you had that new birth the Scripture speaks about?  You can.  Simply place your trust in what Jesus did when He paid the price for your sin on the cross.

B - Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ

C - Call on the Lord for forgivess
