Ever see that commercial on how to avoid a cold?  You can move to a deserted island for 6 months or drink our orange juice.  It's pretty cute.  The poor guy on the island is sitting there with a chimp...and the chimp sneezes cause it has a cold.

As Christians, we need protection from sin.  We can't move to a place where no one is.  We are in the world and we're stuck with it.

Our protection from sin is in the joy of the Lord.  When you have joy in the Lord, you are less susceptible to falling for Satan's temptations.

I'm trying to get my daily 100% vitamin C.  (Of course as soon as I started I got a cold)!  We need our daily 100% dose of joy in Jesus to stay strong in Him.  To get that, remember just how much Jesus loves you. 

The joy of the Lord is your strength.  Nehemiah 8:10
