He's A Total JERK!   Sunday, January 25, 2004

Sometimes when I write the e-pistles, I will sit here at a blank screen with a blank look and pray, "God, let me know what You want me to write - any time now!" Such is not the case this week. Throughout the week, I would think, "I need to write about that". However, my plans changed today.

Today I was reminded once again of how much of a jerk Satan is. I was reminded how his goal is to steal your joy. He wants to totally destroy your life. He wants to put whatever he can between you and God. Please don't let him. 

I know this typed page won't convey the emotion I feel for you this evening. All through church, I was thinking of teens. I was thinking of you! And with all the feeling that I can give through a computer font, will you let me encourage you right now?

PLEASE stay close to Jesus. Please realize and remind yourself, (renew your mind - Romans 12:2), that Jesus likes you, He loves you, and He's bananas about you. Satan is the exact opposite. Satan will twist things around so it looks as if he has the better deal. Again, I plead with you to recognize Satan's filthy lies and stick close to the one who truly loves you - Jesus Christ!
