Drowning in a Sea of Names   Sunday, September 21, 2003

After the retreat, I had a new list of email addresses to add to an 

ever growing and changing list. I deleted from this list and added to 

another list. I checked it and checked it twice (sounds like Santa's 

list huh)! After mass confusion and a few mistakes, I think I finally 

got this list of addresses correct. 

 

I thought of another list in which I'm glad there are no mistakes in. 

That's God's "Lamb's Book of Life" list. Scripture teaches that when we 

accept Christ, are names are written in that book. I'm glad God doesn't 

have to depend on computers and my typing. His list is perfect and His 

promise is true. And I'm really glad that my name is in that book. Is 

your name there? 

 

If your name is in the book of life, go and live it 

this week. Act according to who you are - God's kid! If you name's not 

in there, why not accept Jesus's payment for your sin right now!
