It's fair time in East Tennessee. I was preparing our booth for the fair and had my back to the hallway, wiping off the tv screen. Two girls walked down the hall and stopped at our booth. We have our CBM Motto on the wall which is..."Win a Child...Win a Life". 

In the fair mindset, one of the girls saw the word "WIN" and though it was a prize. She then said to her friend, "look - it says you can win a child". The other girl said, "no, they can't give a child away"!

It was pretty funny but it reminds me of how Satan will even use God's word, our feelings, and a host of other things, twist it to his own liking and trap us in a lie. Be careful to watch out for Satan's lies. Hey, he's the father of them so he's had lots of practice and is really good at them. Our defense; "know the truth, and the truth will make you free" John 8:32.
